- Christmas Karol – A Holiday Celebration of Diversity written by Jay Espano. Karol, a jaded cafe owner and former social worker must face the night she dreads the most: the annual Christmas Carol concert at her cafe. As she prepares, she talks to the audience and welcomes carolers from around the city. By the end of the night the audience gets to know her real issue. Rehearsals start mid-November. Previews start December 11, opening on December 13 and closing on January 2.
- When There Are Nine by Sally Deering. This world premiere production is a dream play of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s last day on Earth. This play offers insights into her life through a series of flashbacks highlighting her landmark cases, and her alliance with queer communities. Rehearsals start beginning of January 2022. Previews start February 10, opening on February 14 and closing on March 13.
- Adam by Frances Poet. Based on the true story of an Egyptian trans man who was born female but always felt he was male inside. One day he posted this question on the internet: “Is it possible for the soul of a man to be trapped in the body of a woman?” Adam received millions of responses from others feeling the same way. He traveled from Egypt to Scotland where he hoped to begin his transition but found himself caught in a paradox. He couldn’t seek asylum in Scotland until he ‘proved’ that he was in transition; but he couldn’t begin transitioning until he was granted asylum. Rehearsals for the US premiere begin mid April 2022. Previews begin on June 2, opening on June 6 and closing on July 3.
